UM Healthcare Trust received another national recognition when it was awarded with DHL YES Awards for Social Entrepreneurship in recognition of their effort to bring innovation in healthcare for rural communities in Pakistan.

The DHL YES Awards aims to recognize and celebrate the contribution of young individuals who are evolving existing and/or using new innovative methods to bring about a positive social change in their communities. The DHL YES Awards focus on unleashing the potential of young Asian social entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 40 who are working to realize the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and national development goals of their respective countries.

The award is a further testimony to, and recognition of, the work being done by the Trust in rural Pakistan.
